ProFound BVBA is an independent Belgian engineering practice specialising in offshore geotechnical analysis, foundation design, and the development of geotechnical software for offshore wind and oil & gas.

The company was founded by Bruno Stuyts — also a founder of SolidGround — and is the home of Groundhog, a Python library for offshore geotechnical engineering.

SolidGround and ProFound work closely on integrated ground modelling and foundation design engagements, combining geotechnical depth with quantitative geophysical interpretation.
